At America Today, we take product safety extremely seriously. We regularly inspect our suppliers to ensure they meet our strict standards.

An internal investigation has revealed that a supplier of our partner United Essentials used printing ink that does not meet our safety and health requirements. This ink was applied to a limited selection of Keith Haring items. Excessive exposure could potentially pose health risks.

Further research shows that actual exposure when wearing these garments is very limited. Therefore, there is no risk to consumers who have already worn the items. Nevertheless, as a precaution, we have decided to withdraw a number of T-shirts and sweaters with Keith Haring prints from the market.

Did you purchase one of these items in the period between September 2023 and July 2025? Please do not wear it and return it. You will receive a full refund or can choose a comparable item. This also applies without proof of purchase.
