Delivery

I placed my order yesterday before 4 p.m. but I haven’t received anything yet?

Orders placed in America Today's online shop before 4 p.m. will be delivered as soon as possible to the specified delivery address. For the most recent shipping time check the shopping cart. All orders are shipped with Bpost.

Where is my parcel?

You can track the delivery of your order via the track & trace code you receive via email. Link in the email isn´t working? Then please contact customer service.

I did not receive my package, what should I do?

Do you not see in the app where the package is? Not even at your neighbours? Then contact customer service as soon as possible, but certainly within 14 days. Then we will start an investigation with our deliverer and you will know within 10 working days where or when you'll receive the package. After 14 days we cannot start an investigation and cannot do anything for you anymore.

Do I pay the shipping costs?

You will not be charged shipping costs for orders over €40. However, we do charge shipping costs of €3.95 for orders under €40. If you are going to collect an order from an America Today store, you won’t have to pay for any shipping costs.

Will the items I have ordered be delivered in one package?

It is possible that the items are sent from different warehouses, so you will receive a package from B-post and/or PostNL

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You can have your order delivered in one of three ways: to a Bpost Point; to an America Today store; and to a different address if you're not at home or if you want to give someone a gift.

Delivery

When you order from the America Today web shop on workdays before 16.00, we will deliver your order as soon as possible at the indicated delivery address. America Today will send your order via Bpost. Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to a PO box. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, Bpost will try again at a later stage. When the package cannot be delivered both times, Bpost will take your shipment to the nearest Bpost location. There you will have 14 days to collect the package. After 15 days, the package will be sent back to the web shop.

Track & Trace

You can track the delivery of your order via the track&trace code you will receive via email. Have you been waiting for a track&trace code for a few days? That’s not right, so please contact the customer service of America Today. They will help you.

Collecting an order
  1. Bpost location
  2. You will receive an email when your order has arrived in the Bpost location. Check the Bpost website for the opening hours and don't forget to bring your ID.

  3. America Today store
  4. If you are having your order sent to an America Today store, you won’t have to pay for any shipping costs. Check the store locator page for an America Today near you. You will receive an email when your order is ready for you to be collected in the store. America Today commits to delivering your order within two working days.

    Your order will remain available in the store provided by you for two weeks. Are you unable to collect your order within this time? The employees of the store will then send your order back to the warehouse and the order amount will be automatically refunded to your account.

Have you been waiting four working days for an email for the collection of your order? That’s too long. Please contact our customer service, they can help you.
