  • Collect points for a €10 store credit 1 Euro = 1 Member Point. With 100 Member Points, you will receive a €10 shopping credit when you spend €50 or more. Points can be earned on online and in-store purchases.
  • Birthday Gift Enter the date of your birthday and you will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a birthday outfit. That means 20% off your entire order!

What are the promotion conditions per member voucher?
  • Enjoy a €10 welcome discount: This offer is applicable on a minimum purchase of €50 and remains valid for 3 months from the date you receive this email.
  • Save Points for a €10 store credit: Valid with a minimum spend of €50 and remains valid for 3 months from the date you receive this email. 
  • Birthday gift: No minimum spend required. Valid up to and including 1 month from receipt of this email.  

All discount codes are redeemable both online and offline, combinable with each other and are applicable to promotions & actions. Not combinable with sales and set deals.

How do I become a Member?

You become a member by entering your details at america-today.com/login.Here you can create a member account. You can also visit any of our stores from 29 April 2024 where a store clerk will be happy to create your member account. Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. Your Member Account will be activated and you will receive your digital Member Card along with a €10 Welcome Discount, but only after you confirm this email.

Make sure to store your digital Member Card on your mobile phone, so it's always within reach. And remember, your Member benefits are just a login away on our website.

Why do I get a digital Member Card?

That way you´ll always have it with you! Keep your digital Member Card handy by saving it on your mobile phone. This way, it's always with you when you need it. In-store, from 29th of April 2024 onwards, staff will be able to look up your account using your first name, last name and/or email address. You can also have your digital Member Card scanned.   

Where can I find an overview of my personal Member Vouchers?

Should you be eligible for a Personal Member Voucher, rest assured, we'll let you know by email. You can also find an up-to-date overview of your personal Member Vouchers on the 'Member Deals' page in your Member Account. Please be aware that certain conditions apply to Member Vouchers. Please refer to the terms and conditions or check out the promotional details of your vouchers in your Member Account.

Where can I find an overview of my accumulated Member Points?

You can find an up-to-date overview of your Member Points on the “My Account”-page in your Member Account.

How do I redeem my personal Member Vouchers?

You can redeem your Personal Member Vouchers online and (from April 29th onwards 2024) at our stores.

Don't forget to log in as a member when you're browsing our web shop. Your personal Member Vouchers will be waiting in your shopping basket for you to redeem.

When you shop at our store, scan your digital membership card or ask the shop assistant to look up your membership account. The shop assistant will be able to see at a glance which of your Personal Member Vouchers are in your possession. You can then decide together which Member Voucher(s) to use.

Please be aware that certain conditions apply to Member Vouchers. Please refer to the terms and conditions or check out the promotional details of your vouchers in your Member Account.

What happens if I return product(s) for which I have redeemed a member voucher?

When ordering more than one item, the Member Voucher will be divided prorated between the items. If you return or cancel an item, you will lose the discount on that item. Please note, if all items are returned, the full value of the voucher will be voided. The voucher can therefore only be used once. In the event of a return, you'll be refunded the amount that was paid for each individual item.

It was my birthday, but I did not receive a 20% discount as a birthday present.

How upsetting that you did not receive your birthday present. It's possible that you didn't specify your birthday when you registered. You can do this by logging into your account and changing your details on the 'My Account' page. You can also tell the shop assistant your birthday during your visit at the store. You will then definitely receive your gift next year. We understand that you'd like to receive your gift this year. To make this happen, please get in touch with our customer service team. My account has been deleted, what should I do?

We're excited to announce that we launched our loyalty program, the Member Club, on April 9th. The Member Club allows America Today to express greater appreciation for you as a customer. The Member Club has replaced existing customer accounts. Prior to transitioning to the Member Club, we reached out to existing account holders to inquire if they were interested in becoming members. We cannot transfer your account without your permission. We sent out notifications about this change through email and on our web shop. However, it's possible that you might have missed it. Your account has therefore been deleted, but we would very much like you to rejoin the America Today Member Club. Create a member account and start enjoying the benefits immediately. Your old order history will be available until 8 October 2024.

PS: If you would still like to view your order history without a Member Account, no problem. You can request this via our customer service until October 8th, 2024.

I need to approve the transfer of my current account to the America Today Member Club, what should I do?

Accept the transfer of your account to our Member Club in the pop-up window and you will be a member of our Member Club immediately. We're excited to announce that we launched our loyalty program, the Member Club, on April 9th, 2024. The Member Club allows America Today to express greater appreciation for you as a customer. Before we moved to our Member Club, we had to ask our current customers if they wanted to become members. We cannot transition your account to the Member Club without your explicit consent. What will change for you when you join the Member Club?

As a member of America Today, you'll now have access to a host of benefits that can be redeemed both online and offline. These include:

  • Welcome Discount
  • Save points for shopping vouchers
  • Birthday gift
  • Enjoy exclusive discounts available only to members.

If you don't want to be transferred to the America Today Member club, no problem! Remember, you always have the freedom to delete your account whenever you choose.

What happens to my personal information?

To deliver the benefits of the Member Club, your membership details and order history will be used. We may also carry out aggregated analysis to help us improve our product range.
