How can I be sure that my order has been well received?

You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you haven’t received this email, it may have ended up in your junk mail.

Are all products immediately available?

If an item is not in stock (anymore), this item will not be displayed. You can only order items that are in stock. It may happen that, after you have placed an order, an item becomes unavailable. You will then automatically receive an email with the item(s) that are not (or no longer) available. The money for the items that are no longer available will automatically be refunded.

I have a discount code. How can I use this online?

You can activate the discount code in the shopping basket and on the payment page. The discount will then be calculated automatically.

I have not received all of the items in my order. What should I do?

It may happen that something goes wrong when packing your parcel. If so, please contact customer service and keep your order number and the items you are missing ready.

The order the store placed for me has been cancelled. What happens now?

If this happens you will be notified by email. This will contain a link to a service page where you can fill in your details so we can refund you. Service page not working properly? Then please contact customer service by email, stating your order number and IBAN account. They will fix it for you.

I cannot order through the web shop. What should I do?

Use the option: View store inventory and visit one of our stores near you.

It would be understandably annoying if you were to encounter any issues on our website. Customer service is always there to help so that you can place an order. The best thing to do is to send an email with a screenshot of the internet page with a short description of the problem. We will help you as soon as possible so that you can finally place your order.

How do I place an order?

Step 1: Select your products

Select the product you want to order. Select your size and with the button 'Add to shopping cart' you add the product to your order.

Then click on the 'shopping bag' at the top right of the screen and continue with the next step.

Do you want to order more pieces of a product? Then adjust the number in your shopping bag. With the button 'continue shopping' you go back to the webshop. Your shopping bag remains filled.

Step 2: Log in to your America Today account or create an America Today account
  • I already have an America Today account

    If you have an America Today account, log in with your login details (email address and password). This can be done at the top right of the screen..

    If you've lost or forgotten your password (don't panic, that happens to the best shoppers, really), click on the 'forgot password' link. You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a new password*.

    *If you do not have an America Today account yet? Then you will not receive an e-mail with a new password.

  • I don't have an America Today account yet

    Don't have an America Today account yet? Then easily create one. Go to the doll at the top right of the screen and create your account. You can enter your personal details and login details and then create the account. An account is automatically created and activated. You can add your address details to the address book in your account
Step 3: Choose your delivery option

We make online shopping as easy as possible, because you can have your order delivered in 5 ways:

  1. Delivery to your home address:
  2. You can choose for a regular delivery or if you're never home during the day you can choose the evening delivery option and your package will be deliverd between 18.00 - 21.00.

  3. Delivery to another address than your home address:
  4. Have your order delivered where you would like, for example at your work or to a PO box. Enter the data for the delivery address.

  5. Delivery to one of the 2700 DHL ServicePoints:
  6. Choose a DHL ServicePoint near you and we will have it deliverd there. You can pick it up whenever you like.

  7. Pick up your order at an America Today store:
  8. Have your order delivered to one of our stores. The store closest to your home address is shown first, but you can of course also select another store. PostNL will then deliver the order between store opening hours.

Step 4: Check your order

In your shopping bag you can check whether your order is correct. Check the number, size and color carefully. If something is not right, you can still adjust it in this step. Is the order correct? then you can complete the order

Step 5: Pay

Choose your payment method. You can pay with iDeal, Klarna, Apple Pay or credit card on the America Today web shop. All our prices include VAT.

My order

After we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. This will include an overview of your order. Now there is no doubt: you have a very good taste! Haven’t you received an email with an order confirmation? Please contact our customer service.

Per order you can choose up to a maximum of ten items of the same product. The amount of different products per order is unlimited and as well as the amount of orders you place (per day, week, year) is unlimited. America Today will deliver while stocks last. We will deliver the orders to any address (or PO box) in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

For an overview of your orders, please go to ‘my account’ and log in with your email address and password. Then click on the link and you’ll find an overview of your ‘orders’.
