Select your products

With the button ‘click and order’ you add products to your order. Would you like to order more items of a certain product, simply adjust the amount. With the ‘back’ button you can return to the web shop. Your shopping bag remains filled.

Are you absolutely, completely finished shopping? Well, obviously all good things should come to an end :-) Click on the ‘shopping bag’ at the top right of the screen and follow the next step.

If you already have an America Today account, log in with your login data (email address and password).

Haven’t you got an America Today account yet? You can easily create one. You can enter your personal data, home address and login data to continue to the next step. An account will automatically be created and activated. When you lose your password or have forgotten it (no panic, that happens even the best of shoppers, really), click on the link ‘forgot password’. You will automatically receive an e-mail with a new password.

Choose your shipping address

We make online shopping as easy as possible, since you can have your order delivered in 4 different ways.

  1. Delivery to your home address:
  2. You can choose for a regular delivery or if you're never home during the day you can choose the evening delivery option and your package will be deliverd between 18.00 - 21.00.

  3. Delivery to another address than your home address:
  4. Have your order delivered where you would like, for example at your work or to a PO box. Enter the data for the delivery address.

  5. Delivery to one of the 2700 DHL ServicePoints:
  6. Choose a DHL ServicePoint near you and we will have it deliverd there. You can pick it up whenever you like.

Check your order

You can check to make sure your order is correct here. Check the amount, the size and the color. Are you sure you ordered ten sweatpants? Well, I suppose you’re right, they are fantastic. But if something is wrong with your order, you can change it in this step.

My order

After we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. This will include an overview of your order. Now there is no doubt: you have a very good taste! Haven’t you received an email with an order confirmation? Please contact our customer service.

Per order you can choose up to a maximum of ten items of the same product. The amount of different products per order is unlimited and as well as the amount of orders you place (per day, week, year) is unlimited. America Today will deliver while stocks last. We will deliver the orders to any address (or PO box) in the Netherlands and Belgium.

For an overview of your orders, please go to ‘my account’ and log in with your email address and password. Then click on the link and you’ll find an overview of your ‘orders’.

Cancel order

If you are having second thoughts about your order, don’t worry. You can cancel or change your order until you receive your order confirmation by email. Once you receive the order confirmation in your mailbox, you cannot cancel or change your order. Just wait until your order has been delivered. Once you receive the order, you can easily return it. Check out the exchange and returns page for all information.


Choose your payment method. You can pay with iDeal or credit card on the America Today web shop. Convenient and safe.

America Today Account

An America Today account makes shopping easier and quicker. When you create an account, we will save your personal data in our system. When you log in for your next order, your data will load automatically.


  • Shopping becomes easier and quicker.
  • You will have direct access to your personal data, which you can change, of course, at any moment.
  • You can view your placed order(s).
  • You can stay up-to-date with news and offers via the America Today newsletter.

In my account you can change your personal data, email address or password. Log in with your email address and password. Then click on the link ‘personal data’. You will see an overview page with fields where you can change your data. When changing your password you will need to enter your password twice in the indicated fields. Lastly, click on the ‘send’ button to save your data.

If you have lost your password, no worries, we can help. Click on the ‘forgot password’ link. You will automatically receive an email with a new password. If your email address has changed and you have forgotten your password, or if you receive an error message when trying to log in to your America Today account, please contact our customer service to restore your account.

Payment options

America Today offers several payment options:

  • SOFORT transfers: Easy and secure debits from your online account.
  • GIROPAY: Easy and secure debits from your online account.
  • PayPal: PayPal provides you with free, easy, fast and secure payments via the internet.
  • Credit card: We are happy to accept your VISA or MasterCard credit card
  • Klarna invoice: Would you prefer to take your time and try on the item you’ve ordered at home first and pay later? Choose the “Purchase on account” payment option and pay the invoice amount conveniently with a bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
    In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

You will return to the web shop, your order is complete.

For every order you will receive a clear invoice with detailed information regarding the order and the amount billed.


You can also opt to pay for your order afterwards with Klarna. Once your order has reached us, you will receive a payment overview by email from Klarna. The outstanding amount can be paid instantly or within 14 days by clicking on the payment button in the email you have received. If you decide to return your order, or part of it, simply let Klarna know. Klarna will send you an amended invoice by email. Ordinarily, you will receive this within one day after the return has been received at our distribution center.

If you have not paid your invoice within 14 days, Klarna will send you a reminder via email. Should payment not be made by the deadline indicated in this reminder, Klarna will charge additional fees (which you will be liable for).
